Expansion

This is a colorful piece created in synchrony with the painting burst. It shows the expansion and transitions of colors along the surface, going from the hot reds to the cool blues, similar to the expansion of heat along space, going from its pont of ignition and dispersing as it moves. The layers of overlapping lines that make up this painting provide a meditative focus for those that wish to follow each line from begining to end.
